Welcome to Garden Woodcraft, I hope you will enjoy looking at some of the projects i have undertaken to date and will consider me for some of your future projects.
After years of driving for a living for a flue company I decided I would follow my dream and set up on my own doing something I love.i have always had passion and flair for designing and making things, it was time to take the plunge and turn them into a future for my fiance, Alyson, our two St Bernards, Duke & Sophia, and Hugo the hamster.
I have a degree in engineering and a design and engineering background, so all of my work is carefully thought out, designed and produced by myself. I have 8 years experience in the flue industry, during this time i have listened to the views of customers and suppliers alike, regarding the storage and quality of fuel for wood burning stoves, agas and rayburns. The intensity of heat given off from a properly installed appliance is directly related to the quality and level of seasoning of the fuel.
My aim is to produce work of the highest quality with the available materials whatever the budget, i can re-use customers own matirials (if available) or can scource appropriate matirials from a wide range of sources depending on budget and customer specification.
I offer a personal service to all my customers and take on all types of jobs. I have fitted solid oak flooring, decking, stud walling, guttering, tiling as well as making high quality log stores..I can also do a wide range of maintenance work such as painting or flat pack furniture as well as general gardening.. My aim is to be reasonably priced and trustworthy.
I try to source my materials at the best possible price. I work hard to get the work done quickly and efficiently without risking quality to ensure my labour cost is as reasonable as possible.
